SHIPPING & RETURNS
RETURNS POLICY:
- We would like you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied, let us know. We’ll do our best to make it right for you. We do not accept the return of products because a customer doesn’t care for the scent of the product they ordered, and this includes our unscented soaps.
- Return of empty containers will not be considered for a refund for any reason.
- Customer’s shipping costs cannot be refunded unless there was an error on our end.
- Exchanges will be ground shipped to you free of charge.
- Upon arrival at the Luxurious Lathers warehouse. All returned items will go through our inspection process.
- If you received the wrong item, or an item that is defective, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
- If the return is not a result of our error and your item is returned within 14 days of delivery, we will refund the full cost of the unused product minus the original shipping charge and actual return shipping fees.
- Expect to receive the refund within four weeks from shipping your return to Luxurious Lathers. This includes conservative estimates of the time required for the return shipping, inspection at our returns facility, and processing from your bank or credit card company.
- You will receive your refund via the form of payment that you used.
- If your item was damaged during transportation, customers must notify Luxurious Lathers within 3 days from the date of receipt. Please take pictures of the damage to support your claim. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the unused damaged item to our facility for verification of damage claim. Upon our receipt of the damaged product, we will replace it at our expense. Luxurious Lathers will also reimburse customer for the return shipping of such item after damage claim is verified. Please note, that any reports of damage after 3 days of delivery receipt will not be eligible for damage consideration.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
If you wish to return merchandise, please email before shipping any products back to us. Notifying us ahead allows us to evaluate the order and gives us time to properly handle your return, and provide you with the best possible customer service. Ship the package via traceable postage carrier to the following address:

SHIPPING POLICY:
- All in-stock items generally will ship via United States Post Office (USPS) – First Class or Priority within 24 hours on regular business days.
- Within the continental U.S., Luxurious Lathers guarantees delivery of all in stock items within 7-10 business days.
- Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and APO/FPO addresses take additional time.
- USPS Tracking number sent with receipt via email.
